Chocolate factory
Marc Vellut has chosen as his emblem the Caraque d'Or, named after a ship that transported cocoa beans. Interested in making pralines since the age of 14, we're told, he has retained a creative soul, and his productions have met with well-deserved success. La Caraque d'Or here refers to a range of 145 praline bonbons, dark or white chocolate ganaches, all of which are delicious to eat.
