Charcutier for 40 years, the owner of this store has already won a medal for his andouillette à la ficelle. The terrines and pork liver mousse are homemade. Regulars are particularly fond of the caillette à la provençale, a caillette mounted in crépine with strips of bacon and liver superimposed.
