Gault&Millau's review

Butchery After the success of their store in Les Minimes, Paul and Nicolas have opened their new address in 2021, in the Carmes district. It's a good selection of local products, notably from Maison Jucla and Maison Issolan, guaranteeing quality and proximity of origin. We recommend the matured Aubrac and Simmental meats, as well as the charcuterie and roast yellow chicken from the Gers. A warm welcome.
