Passionate since childhood, Masatoshi Takayanagi finally left Japan to open his own address in France, where he can exercise his love of French patisserie. His attractive boutique near Place de la République follows the clean lines of his homeland, offering a fine range of classic recipes and creations that are as technical in content as they are in appearance. Alongside chestnut, babamaretto, black sesame mousse and paris-tokyo, you'll find a small selection of savoury products, to eat in or take away.
