Olivier and Anja's brand stands for fine craftsmanship, a return to the basics with wood-fired oven baking and raw materials from ecological agriculture, grown less than twenty kilometers away. The viennoiseries are as much worth discovering as the speciality breads. You'll also find pastries, kougelhopfs, panettones and savoury snacks.
