Flavien Lagier-Deforge left Bondues in 2015 to settle in Lille. This relentless finder, independent to the end of the bottle, only promotes what he loves. After a master's degree in international trade in wines and spirits, followed by some work experience in London, he returned to his native region to get up close and personal with the local people. He guides us into the unknown to delight our taste buds.
