The cupbearer was the one who served drinks at the lord's table. Here too, you can rely on the service: the selection is well refined, not excessive but sufficiently sharp to ensure that each bottle is a good choice. And for special occasions, there are some very fine bottles, such as the côte rôtie de Niero or the châteauneuf de Beaucastel (and even a "Hommage..." at €390), some fine champagnes, but also some clever bugeys and a serious offer of beaujolais and savoie.
