Pastry The millefeuille still has a bright future ahead of it, and plenty of fans. Not surprising when you visit Thomas Lemaignant's store opposite the Halle au blé. Éclair au chocolat bien chocolat, religieuse au caramel beurre salé, mini kouign-amann and a host of other mouth-watering treats.
