Happiness awaits gourmets and gourmands at l'atelier du Boulanger, a must-visit address for Fréjusiens (and well beyond!), masterfully taken over in July 2025 by Jessy and Stéphane Odules, authentic and demanding craftsmen. The bread is homemade, from kneading to baking, using exceptional flours produced by Foricher, a regional miller who can boast Bagatelle® flour, the only French flour with Label Rouge certification. Made on natural leavening, it produces exquisite breads, including the famous baguette tradition. You'll also want to try our "tour de mains" bread, made with spelt, rye, oat and wheat flours, enriched with hazelnuts, pistachios and fruit, which our regulars love! The viennoiserie, like the pastries, is entirely homemade... and that's rare enough to be worth mentioning! Pies take pride of place, and seasonal fruits are always favored, while éclairs, religieuses and mille-feuilles sublimate the more classic offerings.
