They're the artists! Jorge Costa da Silva, baker, his wife Stéphanie Dias, daughter of bakers, and his sister Luzia, pastry chef. The store was born of their understanding, and the trio keeps it running at full speed. Specializing in viennoiseries, white chocolate and red fruit rolls, she bakes her range of breads using Label Rouge T45 flour, and won the award for the best baguette in Seine-Saint-Denis in 2014.
