A beautiful patisserie-chocolaterie in old Colmar near the cathedral, opened by Yann Navaro, whose reputation continues to grow. The artisan covers just about every subject with equal expertise, elegant pastries, millefeuille, paris-colmar, lemon-yuzu tartlet, blueberry tart, chocolate assortments, as well as a tea room corner with savory menu, for breakfast and lunch.
