Pastry Newly installed on Place de la Cathédrale in a contemporary decor of stone and metal, this patisserie is modern in its setting, spirit and products. The space is beautiful and airy, and you can admire the work of the pastry chefs through the bay window - a great idea! Yann and Virginie, who have learned that patience, along with talent, is the key to the success of a good cake, happily revisit classic pastries, which here are accompanied by original creations such as the lemon meringue éclair.
