Description
Confectionery Known and (much) appreciated for her chocolate creations since she opened her small boutique in Arudy, in the spring of 2022, Émilie Ducournau is equally gifted in confectionery, pastry and biscuit-making. In addition to her famous dark chocolate-covered fruit leathers, she delights gourmands with bonbons - Swiss, dark, milk and white chocolate - and a wide selection of tablettes de dégustation. In addition to her brioches, mendiants and other financiers, she invites them to discover her Chouichous de Rose, half marshmallows and half fruit jellies in a variety of flavors (raspberry, blueberry, mango/bergamot, blackberry/lime...), which she matches with smoothies, homemade of course. Émilie's creativity knows no bounds, and she plans to expand her store to create a larger tearoom. Here, customers will be able to enjoy the fruits of her labor, which she currently produces alone in her lab, armed with proven know-how and boundless enthusiasm!
