Wine merchant A cellar that also allows you to nibble on the spot while tasting, and rather of the good in a rather pointed selection. From all regions, with established and up-and-coming proprietors (Villard, Perret, Gérin sur condrieu for example, Demougeot, Chantal Lescure, Théo Dancer en bourgogne, Thévenet et ses viré-clessé, Combier et son Clos des grives...), and of course the best irouléguys in the region. Spanish and Basque charcuterie, foie gras, boudin noir, rillettes landaises, anchovies and sardines, truffle chips and Crèmerie des Halles cheeses to accompany.
