Wine merchant
The eponymous restaurant opened its wine cellar in 2023. Located right next door, the address is run by the sommelier, Gaëtan, who offers his bottles during the day, before officiating at the table in the evening. The selections are of a high standard, allowing visitors to discover all the regions around demanding producers such as Marcel Deiss, Nicolas Chemarin, Robert Denogent, Thomas Pico, Yves Cuilleron... Evening tastings are also available.
