Visitor, do you have a nose? It's this organ that the customer is invited to choose a pastry. Kubo conceptualizes its store as a way of encouraging customers to put all their senses to work, so as to leave with the pastry that suits them best. The olfactory/gustatory association is put to work, with customers invited to inhale fragrances prepared from natural essences, echoing a particular pastry. Two collections, "timeless" and "ephemeral", are offered in a range that follows the seasons.
