Gault&Millau's review

Pastry Julien Dugourd, the former star pastry chef at La Chèvre d'Or, opened his store two years ago to the delight of the people of Nice, who now have access to top quality right on their doorstep. Each creation is a little jewel, from the Paris-brest to the emblematic disguised lemon, the saint-honoré, the pavlova, as well as the viennoiserie and chocolates.
