Chocolate factory
This young chocolatier is steadily making his mark as he expands into eastern Paris. After making a name for himself in Vincennes, he now delights customers in the 11th arrondissement near Rue Paul-Bert, in the 12th arrondissement on Rue du Rendez-Vous, and at the Gare de Lyon. There, you’ll find the products that have made him a success: Provence praline gift sets, Pavés Vincennois, single-origin and flavored ganaches, “mendiant” chocolate bars (including a vegan line), pistachio spread, and peanut or pistachio bars.
