After spending years on Rue du Roi-de-Sicile in the 4th arrondissement, Johanna Roques decided to move all her delicacies back to Rue Bleue, where her bakery was originally located. After a few renovations, fans of her cakes have once again been able to enjoy, depending on the season, Rêve Orange (roasted apricots, almond crisp, olive oil madeleine), Cherry Moon (crispy pastry, moist cherry clafoutis, Tonka bean, and black tea cream), not to mention the matcha-raspberry flan.
