Joël Durand has a particular passion for fresh plants, herbs and spices. This passion has given rise to an "alphabet of flavors". Each letter has its own fragrance, and each fragrance its own chocolate. From B for badiane (dark chocolate and star anise flower) to V for violette (dark chocolate and violet aroma), via O for orange, R for rosemary or T for tiramisu... Long live dictation!
