Jean-Marc Capelle launched his own artisanal charcuterie business in 1999, after initial training as a chef. Here, you'll find traditional homemade products: terrines, dry sausages and boudins... As time goes by, he continues to expand with a butcher's department, as well as wine and cheese. He also offers a catering service for special events, with a wide selection of buffets to choose from (the "Campagnard", the "Gascon", the "Ariégeois", the "Andalou"...). Don't hesitate to try our specialties: puff pastry and semi-cooked foie-gras.
