Calce is something of a "Mecca for natural wines in Roussillon", and it was here that Jean Philippe Padié decided to settle in 2003, having previously worked for Gerard Gauby and Mas Amiel. Jean Philippe has chosen to manage his vineyard of more than thirty plots over 18 ha in a 100% natural way, thanks in particular to biodynamic preparations. He is also certified organic. These cuvées are now all declared VDF.
