Wine merchant Jean Kinzler rightly claims to be a "crus denicheur", hence the name of his company. He's interested in all those off the beaten track, talented winemakers, little-known appellations and others in every corner of France, from Alsace to the tip of Corsica. Trained as a sommelier, he is interested in the human side behind the bottle, and shares his passion with a clientele of professionals and amateurs, enlightened or simply interested. Tastings with a view to making the best pairings from simple foodstuffs such as tartines or easily reproducible small dishes.
