Jean Kientzler rightly claims to be a wine scout. He's passionate about off-the-beaten-track wines, talented winemakers, little-known appellations and others in every corner of France, from Alsace to the tip of Corsica. Trained as a sommelier, he seeks out the human side behind the bottles and shares his passion with a clientele of professionals and amateurs alike. Tastings with a view to making the best pairings from simple foodstuffs, such as tartines or easily reproducible small dishes.
