Wine merchant Facing the lake, a cellar that has been renowned for ages, an address for connoisseurs and discerning palates. A former sommelier with Veyrat, Bruno Bozzer has accumulated hundreds of bottles - rare, prestigious and current - and added his expert advice. All the region's great winemakers are here (Ardoisières, Dupasquier, Masson, Belluard...) and the selections from other vineyards are top-notch (Beaucastel, Rayas, and even ChâteauGrillet in the Rhône region, for example).
