Gault&Millau's review

Pastry Laura Schneider, a former elementary school teacher who became a pastry chef out of passion, already has two locations. To make her cakes and treats, she relies on a number of local producers (flour from Hurtigheim, sugar from Erstein, organic eggs from Lupstein, fruits and vegetables from Kolbsheim…) to create the Figue Noisette, the pistachio-raspberry cookie, not to mention the coconut-lime pavlova and the Tropézienne. Brunch and pastry workshops for both adults and children are three more reasons to visit.
