Chocolate factory
Jade Genin grew up surrounded by chocolate. And for good reason! She is the daughter of the brilliant chocolatier Jacques Genin. As she likes to point out, her father instilled in her a strong work ethic and a love for the product. She has added her own personal touch, which shines through in her collections displayed in a boutique clad entirely in wood and glass. Much like a fashion designer, she showcases her collections there: Pyramidions (pine nut praline, cilantro and basil ganache…), Rochers Craquants, Cubes de pâte à tartiner, and Quaria Croquants, inspired by the Louvre’s pyramid. All are made with high-quality ingredients, including cocoa sourced by Xoco, and adhere to a philosophy that strictly prohibits any additives, preservatives, artificial flavors, or flavor enhancers.
