Gelateria Italian ice creams that copy the recipes of traditional dishes: tomato and basil, pecorino sardo and pepper, ricotta and white truffle, and so on. And even a bruschetta with sorbet. Renato Squillante sets itself apart from the competition with its well-crafted innovations. All products are natural. They arrive raw and are processed on site. And the cones are homemade. The shop window decor looks like something out of a pastry cartoon, and the interior is reminiscent of a chic 18th-century Italian salon with a good dose of gilding. And that's just a taste of the equally luxurious prices.
