Let him introduce you to one (or more!) of his 30 varieties from the best plantations, such as Guadeloupe from Ferme Chaulet, Bourbon Pointu from the Sliti farm in Réunion, Tongkonan from Indonesia, or Skybury from Australia, during the week or at his coffee workshops. Some coffees can also be enjoyed on site, prepared by your head barista using the method best suited to the chosen vintage.
