It's a story of passion and renovation for a 19th-century mill that was just waiting to be taken in hand. Jean-Marc Montegottero, agricultural technician and now artisan oil-maker, set to work on the project. With a lot of support, he went from structure to production. The oils are virgin and entirely natural, offering a wide choice of roasted almond, rapeseed, argan, peanut, pumpkin seed, turnip (a seed close to rapeseed), hazelnut and pecan oils... A range to suit all culinary tastes.
