This poulterer (and rabbit seller) sources the best of the countryside from all over France. Raw foie gras and duck breast come from the Landes, rabbit from the Drôme and duck from the Vendée. Rabbit and guinea fowl paupiettes are prepared on the premises with poultry stuffing and, as Provence dictates, tapenade. A craftsman who knows his trade.
