In Notre-Dame-du-Mont, one of the coolest bakeries in the area, by Pierre and Jérôme, offering exclusively sourdough bread. It's a fine craft, with a dozen varieties to choose from: country, "courgesol", nine-grain, khorasan, petit épeautre... Good viennoiseries and savoury snacks.
