It's a well-deserved success story. Founded by Jean-Yves Kermarec in 2002, the chocolate shop on rue de Siam is the result of thirty years' patient and serious work, now rewarded by a loyal clientele and a remarkable catalog of creations. Currently run in tandem with his son Jean-Guillaume, the establishment is keeping up with the times, offering fine boxes and tablets, not forgetting ephemeral creations for the festive season.
