Chocolate factory
Founded over a hundred years ago, this historic chocolate factory is now run by MOF Édouard Hirsinger. You'll discover both classic and inventive recipes, with plain or flavored ganaches, honey, tea, green pepper, pralines and seasonal chocolates. Pastries are also recommended. The chocolate factory also doubles as a tearoom.
