Gault&Millau's review
Greengrocery
Here, quality is more important than quantity. On 1 ha of biodiversity, aromatic herbs such as basil, thyme, oregano, savory and mint mingle with red berries, plums, apples and heirloom vegetables, all grown using permaculture and biodynamic methods. Only natural fertilizers are used, and you get the real taste of things. You'll also discover surprising jellies, combining red fruits and herbs, and various herbal teas. The herb garden is open to the public on Wednesdays from 4pm to 7pm (May to October) or by appointment. It organizes tastings from June to September, and offers agro-ecological gardening courses.
