Chocolate factory
The inventor of salted butter caramel is now as far afield as Paris, but we can't forget that he is first and foremost a marvellous chocolatier, and that the Quiberon boutique is his father's home. Well modernized, it is very elegant, rich and well laid out. You can't help but fall for a gourmet box of his ganaches in all their flavors, or simply a dark chocolate from the finest origins, such as Sao Tomé, for example.
