Gault&Millau's review

Chocolate factory The Breton workshop in Quiberon became too small to export the chocolates to Japan, so Landévant took over with a large 2300 m2 laboratory, including a store, fortunately. Henri Le Roux will always be remembered as the brilliant creator of the famous "CBS" salted butter caramel. The son of a pastry chef, he also revealed himself as a talented chocolatier, notably with "Truffe de Truffe", combining soft chocolate ganache and fresh truffles.
