Chocolate factory The Breton workshop in Quiberon became too small to export chocolates to Japan, so Landévant took over with a large 2300 m2 laboratory, with a store, fortunately. Henri Le Roux will always be remembered as the brilliant creator of the famous CBS® salted butter caramel. The son of a pastry chef, he also revealed himself as a talented chocolatier, notably with Truffe de Truffe®, combining soft chocolate ganache and fresh truffles.
