Delicatessen A ham house, as the name suggests, as chic as a luxury shoe store. Ham is a pretext for privilege and the exceptional, with products from France, Italy and Spain, the three sources of the specialists. To sample the ham on the spot, simply order a board, available in three sizes (S, L and XL), with the option of mixing it with cheese. For good measure, we add Barthouil salmon, Olsen taramas, pâtés croûtes and various preparations, as well as a selection of wines.
