Roaster
When Isabelle and Thierry decided to open their coffee shop, it seemed unthinkable to do so without training from the pros. So they went to MaxiCoffee and met some highly-trained baristas who shared some of their know-how with them. Thanks to this experience, they can now offer their customers cups full of subtly extracted flavors, sometimes even decorated with latte art. All coffees are also available to take away as beans, or freshly ground.
