The Guèze family set up their laboratory in the heart of the Ardèche verte region, mastering the entire food chain. Raymond and his wife Andrée have taken over the family business and now boast over 40 years' experience in preparing local specialties. The pork butcher's dynamism and enterprising spirit have never left him: he bought a charcuterie in the Vaucluse region, and tried to reintroduce Mangalica, a pig from Eastern Europe, onto the market... Boudin, caillettes, ham, sausage, pig's head... are available by mail order and on site.
