Yannick Gauthier and Les Maisons de Bricourt have set up this essential boutique in the center of town. Yannick, who worked in the restaurant of the great Olivier Roellinger, prepares his Breton delicacies with a dexterity worthy of the finest lace-makers. Olivier Roellinger's Galettes Cancalaises, salted butter caramels, kouign-amann, ice creams and sorbets can also be enjoyed in the tearoom.
