Gelateria The Meilleur Ouvrier de France's "Rouergate" ice cream with ewe's milk and orange blossom is just right in terms of aroma, as is the very sweet "Rouergate" with coconut and lychee. As for sorbets, the blackcurrant sorbet blended with fresh Aveyron redcurrants is full of character, as are the blackberry-violet and wild blueberry sorbets.
