Gault&Millau's review

Gelateria Opened in 1989, the store is a staple of Albigensian summers, providing relief from the suffocating heat of the Tarn. This Italian master ice-cream maker lives up to his reputation by carefully sourcing all his ingredients, with convincing results. Flavors include coffee ice cream, marron glacé, Madagascar vanilla, mint and chocolate, and coconut. The house also offers pinsa romana.
