Whether in Les Sables d'Olonne, La Roche-sur-Yon, Chantonnay or Challans, master chocolatier Patrick Gelencser is one of the region's leading names in cakes and chocolates. In addition to the original tablettes and boxes of chocolate bonbons, the "Coeur Vendéen®", a speciality created in 1972 by Patrick's father, Laszlo Gelencser, is a praline, a fine nougatine, all coated with dark or milk chocolate.
