Pastry In this artisan couple, Manon works in the lab and Axel in sales. What's more, Manon has been passing on her passion for pastry-making for years to Axel, who followed her in her dream of opening his own store. For a year now, they've been offering 100% homemade creations, including Le Signature entremets, revisited classics and macaroons with no artificial coloring or flavoring, in eight flavors. For all their sweet creations and their magnificent "pièces montées", the young artisans give priority to local, ethical and top-quality ingredients (Beau Cacao chocolate, French hazelnuts and almonds, free-range eggs...). Head to the center of Briançon to choose the pastries that will make you melt, not forgetting the jams, shortbread and other travel cakes, including the famous Gâteau Alpin, topped with nougatine and gianduja chips. A pure delight!
