Gelateria Are the 2 friends a little crazy? You could say that. Marie-Laure Pollet and Olivia Berdah had the brilliant idea of sublimating the frosted oranges and lemons of their childhood by duplicating the model to all the fruits of the season. And it's a success. The fruit is processed in its entirety, pulped, mixed with water and sugar, and reconstituted. The result? Frosted dates, strawberries and pineapples: a great success in terms of taste, aesthetics and originality. Delivery all over France, eat-in or take-away, and an extra-large smile guaranteed.
