Cheese dairy The last cooperative in the northern Jura where tradition and know-how meet, La Fruitière is located 13 km from Dole and 10 km from the Authume freeway exit. Every evening, milk is collected from 15 members within a 25 km radius (Menotey, Biarne, Châtenois, Audelange, Malange, Éclans-Nenon, Montmirey-le-Château, Champvans, Villette-lès-Dole, Moissey, Dammartin-Marpain). Cheesemaker Jérémy Lagarde and his team of two other cheesemakers and an apprentice make the emblematic Comté PDO and Morbier PDO, both organic and conventional. They also make Tomme and Raclette cheeses, which they mature in their own cellars. Butter and fromage blanc are also made on site. In the store, either on site or in Foucherans, 6 km away (Choisey exit), our sales advisors welcome you with a smile to discover cheeses made with care and passion, as well as a selection of carefully chosen regional products. The best of the Franche-Comté region! Please note: the store is open all day on Saturdays.
