Cheese dairy On the tough climb up rue Joubert from the river, you've arrived at the center of the village, with this fine showcase of regional cheeses (pierre qui vire, saint-florentin...), now extended to Franche Comté. A fine selection, well matured, in all milks (excellent local goats' cheeses), right up to the excellent Basque ewe's ossau-iraty.
