Refiner Pierre Gay's downtown cheese shop is always busy. The Meilleur Ouvrier de France meticulously selects his products from the best producers and matures them in his cellars to offer excellent cheeses, from Savoie of course, but also from elsewhere, in all milks and all regions, with over 100 references. Raclette and fondue, mont d'or and reblochon, manigodine and chevrotin made with raw milk, the many regional specialties are all here.
