On the corner of rue Joseph Cambon, a rather chic boutique for shopping, adapted to this beautiful gourmet district of Saint-Guilhem. Smiling welcome and presentation in this beautiful vaulted space, and distinguished cheeses with a finishing touch: tomme du Jura with flowers, pavé fermier with Timut, gouda fermier with fenugreek, with fine rarities such as Etivaz d'alpage or fribourgeois, "dernier langres fermier" or saint-brion with chablis. A little wine and charcuterie to complement the evening tastings.
