Just off Place Graslin, a renowned cheesemaker, a true professional. The store isn't huge, but you can sense the connoisseurs who choose each paste and refine it with skill and passion: small crottins, other regional goats, farmhouse brie, mont d'or and raclette in season, everything is just right and well chosen.
