Cheese dairy Thierry Swierz, originally from Savoie, runs this mini-shop, unmistakable with its cow planted on the sidewalk. He specializes in smoked, peppered and plain raclette cheese, and is happy to lend out his equipment. High-quality cheeses and charcuterie, and a wide variety of sausages cooked with white wine (diots), cabbage, spinach and leeks (pormoniers). Nice cellar of Savoy wines and sale of bourru (new wine) in season.
