Thierry Swierz, originally from Savoie, runs this miniboutique, unmistakable with its cow planted on the sidewalk. He specializes in smoked, peppered and plain raclette cheese, and is happy to lend out his equipment. High-quality cheeses and charcuterie, wide variety of sausages cooked with white wine (diots), cabbage, spinach and leeks (pormoniers). Nice cellar of Savoy wines and sale of bourru (new wine) in season.
